IGF 2020 Nominees Announced

Tune in March 18th, 2020 for the winners of this year's IGF

This year's finalists for the 22nd annual Independent Games Festival were announced, highlighting the best of the best out of over 550 entries.

The 2020 Seumas McNally Grand Prize nominations include Eliza, A Short Hike, Untitled Goose Game, Mutazione, Slay the Spire, and Anodyne 2: Return to Dust. Among the honorable mentions are Katana ZERO, Lonely Mountains: Downhill, Song of Bloom, Elsinore, Astrolgaster, Heaven's Vault, and Wild Ocean, Big Jacket.

The IGF will once again take place during the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, with the winners being announced the evening of March 18th at the Moscone Convention Center. A livestream of the awards ceremony will be available on the official GDC Twitch channel.

Awards will also be given out for the following categories: Excellence in Visual Art, Excellence in Audio, Excellence in Design, Excellence in Narrative, Nuovo Award, and Best Student Game.
